Pricelock combines fuel market knowledge with advanced technology to protect companies from fuel price volatility and lower their energy costs.
Naveen brings the experience of growing and managing multi-billion dollar businesses in the online financial solutions space to Pricelock. Under his leadership, the company is actively developing the next generation Internet platform for commodity risk management. Prior to joining Pricelock, Naveen was the former President of E*TRADE Capital Management where he was responsible for managing and growing E*TRADE's highest revenue customer segment. He also served as Senior Vice President, Retail & Wholesale Lending; and Vice President, Investing and Corporate Products. Naveen has also served as Vice President at Sungard, driving its interest rate and FX trading and hedging systems business.
Naveen holds an MBA from Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley and a BS in Computer Science from IT-BHU, Varanasi.
Tripp has over 20 years experience in the energy space - starting with 14 years trading and managing supply logistics in the oil industry including MAPCO Petroleum Inc. and other oil trading houses. He also served as the head of the Mid-Continent's electricity trading desk and was the portfolio manager of the weather derivatives group, originating complex energy/weather structures for the alternative risk group at Aquila Energy. Later Tripp joined FCStone Group and became the Managing Director of the Fuel Surcharge Products and taught risk management at commodity and fuel hedging schools nationwide.
Tripp holds a B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Tech and an MBA at Oklahoma City University.
David leads the Product Management and Operations teams at Pricelock and is responsible for Pricelock's product suite from concept to delivery. Prior to joining Pricelock, he spent more than 20 years working in financial services. At E*TRADE Financial, he served in both technical and product management roles, driving the vision and execution behind investment products and advisory platforms for the online investment firm. Prior to joining E*TRADE, he was founder of his own consulting business for 17 years, working with marquee clients like Charles Schwab and Co., Blue Shield of California, Wells Fargo and Co. and Pacific Bell.
David attended St. John's College in Annapolis.
Victor leads the engineering team at Pricelock and is responsible for our entire software technology stack including auctions, listing and community platforms. His past experience spans both the technology and fiancial worlds, combining software engineering with knowledge of financial markets, risk management and trading. Prior to joining Pricelock, Victor held management roles at Microsoft, Reuters, SunGard and Renaissance Software.
Victor holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Caltech.
Harold is Vice President of Finance at Pricelock and is responsible for all finance and accounting operations. In this role, he oversees functions that support Pricelock's growth and operations including financial planning, financial reporting, treasury and taxes.
Prior to joining Pricelock, Harold was Vice President of Finance at OpenTV, a leading provider of software solutions for pay TV operators around the world. His experience there included navigating the company through a "going-private" transaction as well as being part of the senior management team with responsibility for providing leadership to all worldwide operations, including financial and business processes and policies, subsidiary management, M&A, strategic transactions and general administration. Prior to OpenTV, he held senior finance roles at Intuit, E*Trade and Tandem Computers. Harold also worked at Remedy Corporation as the head of Sales Operations.
Harold holds an MBA in Finance from the University Of San Francisco and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from San Diego State University.
As the Founder of Pricelock, Inc. Bob drives towards building the world's first company to combine patented technology and a novel hedging strategy to bring businesses price predictability to increasingly volatile commodity prices. He is also a limited partner and co-investor in a number of well-known Silicon Valley venture capital firms.
Bob is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Wharton Graduate School of Business.
Mike is the former Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Honeywell Corporation. He is a member of the National Geographic Society Board of Trustees and a previous board member of Medtronic. Mike is a graduate of the US Naval Academy, and attended graduate school at Texas A&M.
Dick has over 39 years of experience working with Procter & Gamble Co. where he worked for A.G. Lafley and was a key advisor to Mr. Lafley and the P&G's Board of Directors dealing with the company's executive succession planning, including the plans and transition from Mr. Lafley to P&G's current CEO, Bob McDonald. He is currently President of the National Academy of Human Resources and Senior Advisor for the CEO and C-Suite succession practice of Korn/Ferry International.
Gary has more than three decades of experience in the global automotive industry and is a recognized industry thought leader. He currently serves as Principal of Automotive Command LLC and is the Managing Partner and a member of the Board of Directors for Veritas Automotive and Machinery. His industry experience includes serving as Senior Vice President, Global Automotive for J.D. Power and Associates and Senior Vice President, U.S. Sales for DaimlerChrysler.
Greg has more than 20 years of commercial, leadership and business development experience. He is currently the Chief Business Development Officer of The Gavilon Group, LLC, responsible for leading the organization's strategic planning and business development initiatives. Prior to Gavilon, he held senior management positions at Acon Investments, LLC, Prisma Energy International and Enron Corporation.
Jim is a leading industry spokesman on the topic of clean air legislation and has testified on behalf of the fleet industry before a number of state, congressional and federal agencies. For 38 years, Jim held numerous management positions at PHH Arval, including Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, Senior Vice President Sales, and Senior Vice President Sales and Client Relations.
Scott has more than 30 years of experience in the electric utility industry. Most recently he was Chief Financial Officer at El Paso Electric and also served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining El Paso Electric, Scott served as Vice President of Citicorp N.A., where he was a Senior Analyst in the Corporate Finance Strategies and Analysis Department; a Director of Scott Madden & Associates; a Senior Manager in the Ernst & Whinney Utility Group; and the Director of Audit and Financial Analysis Department for the Florida Public Service Commission.
Vic's automotive industry track record spans almost 40 years and includes senior executive positions with BMW, Volvo and the Premier Automotive Group. He currently serves as a board member for Fisker automotive.
